Durgas gym has been awesome to me. Their trainers (Ramesh sir) are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Pleasant experience with Ramesh garu at the Gym. He is a very efficient instructor, in a month's [when i was in Vijayawada for home visit from Europe] time i was able to improve my range of my shoulder motion while suffering from Frozen Shoulder. He provided clear guidance, effective range of exercises understanding where and when to push further and keep building strength. He being an experienced athlete, is able to guide the members for good health with packages to help improve overall fitness levels. Gym is always well maintained, it has excellent equipment, Clean, Steam Bath [which relieved my cold completely, after a neem based steam] also helped to relieve my overall body tension with applied massage support provided by Ramesh!! I would happily recommend to anyone willing to spend time for their own fitness levels.

To get right to the point, I will explain in three crucial points why I like this gym and every person who values an active lifestyle should seriously consider joining this gym, 1. Equipment: This gym has sturdy yet efficient and comfortable i.e. world class equipment. One could easily feel the muscle they are training activate and build 2. Ambience and crowd: Ambience is very motivating like it should be. Crowd is scheduled, I never waited for equipment to become available. Here, I was/am always able to choose and complete my workouts in optimum time 3. Trainers: Trainers are extremely friendly and have good knowledge on various forms of exercising. Personally, thier non intrusive inputs/advice enabled me to take a more educated approach to bodybuilding Basically, this gym is cool!

About Gym And Equipment: Durgas gym located near gollapudi is a world class gym with world class facilities and equipment. Apart from all the gym equipment be it strength or cardio,the gym also provides steam spa and massage facilities which are excellent as well.Open throughout the week the gym provides comfortable timings for everyone and never once is the gym congested. The instructor takes special care as to see that the gym isn't congested and members feel comfortable , a rare Quality to have these days. The gym is open for all age groups and will carer to the needs accordingly. INSTRUCTOR: Ramesh garu is the instructor and runs the gym . He is one the most professional and well versed instructor one can ask for. Always helpful and attentive to the needs of the members Ramesh also takes time aside to help members with their diet and personal work life balance. I have taken premium membership here and I can say it was worth it. Instructor also takes personal care of members according to their previous existing problems and pains. I would recommend this gym to anyone All in all a superb gym with a world class instructor
