Don't go to this place for delivery. The behavior of staff is so rude and bad and they will charges with so much of money and always provoked you to do C-section delivery by making you fear about your baby conditions and as they can earn money. Such a third class nursing home.

The doctor of the Durga Nursing Home are almost good for their report but their attendant and security are absolutely ignorant with respect to customer care relation with patient and their escort. They used to misbehave with the escort of the patient and behave like animals. They rudely push towards the escort down side area of the Hall. But their action must be politely since we are here for check and not for shopping so we all need sympathy till the report is prepared. Security also misbehaved for the direction to place the vehicle, they don't know the manner to talk to the people properly. Hence a counselling is essential for the said staff in specially health related institute. Thanks

I went for the ultrasound. Doctor Khandelwal was very good in behaviour as well as his report . But very worst behaviour I felt there from the hospital reception staffs. They were very cheap in mentality.We wanted to see our baby so I asked them to allow us inside. But for covid they only allowed patient. It's okay. But there is a way to tell this.. But there way of talking is very very bad.

This is the waste hospital i have ever seen in my life. Doctors, nurses and hospitals staff's they are not responsible enough to take care of patients. After c section they even fell down to patient. After that also they even don't feel guilty. As everyone knows how much dangerous it is if patient fell down immediate to surgery. They even do not care. I really feel very bad when thinking about it. My honest request please don't visit to the hospital even one time. They just need money but didn't bother about patient.

An average nursing home : mostly people come for delivery here. A/C cabins are available here max cost 1600/-. Cost of c-section is 25000 if cash and 45600 if insurance. It is closed at 11 pm. You need to call staff for any assistance which is on 1st floor. All cleaning staffs do ask for money as tips in case you need more help. Services need to be improved, infrastructure is good. As there is not much option to choose if want insurance cashless.

This hospital is very unhygienic. Behaviour of staff is very pathetic. They dont have advance machines and they don't use the anaesthetic liquid for endoscopy, Which really cause a lot of problem while endoscopy.Also they will ask you to wash the tray if you spit.They really need to get matured and treat patients well.. I highly don't recommend this nursing home at all. This is just a money making machine with out treating patients well. Please choose someother hospital wisely. Very unsatisfactory experience.
