We are vist the hospital for IVF. When the time of visiting the hospital they treat like a special guest once we take the package then they revive the original face. They promise everything included in this package package valve 130000 Once we pay the total amount They charge around 60000 for injection charges , doctor charges, scanning charges. If you are charge extra then change the package valve why are lieing . We are all fools to listen all your fales statment. After all this payments done .if pregnancy not confirmed. They said sorry madam it's not confirmed . Pay 70000 we will try once again. Don't trust this hospital and staff stay safe. Jai hind.

The worst experience upon arrival, the receptionist at the desk writing wrong information on OP even mentioned 3 times. It's shows how NEGLEGENCE the staff works. They want to check Blood pressure for patient up next which I thought a good sign happen from now but unfortunately the nurse calibrating for her right hand with in 10 sec and told that its normal I wonder how accurate would be the result if ur doing with in that short time to wrong hand. After that here come Technician who is testing visibility of patient and next to the doctor this is the highlight part of the story. HE CHECK THE PATIENT LITERALLY FOR 1 min AND ASKING WHY YOU ARE HERE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU. THE QUESTION TO YOU DOCTOR? THEN WHAT YOU CHECK ???? We replied him we are here for a general checkup and want to make sure if everything is fine. He replied back its good, in confusion mind And write a "FEILD TEST" on prescription and his assistant will help you how it works. I question the assistant IF THE EYE CONDITION IS GOOD WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING 500 rs WORTH OF TEST OTHER THAN, HAVING AN INTENSION TO STOLE MONEY FROM INNOCENT Hospital staff not respond to patient

You have to pay money first even if you have cashless medical insurance. And irresponsible management. I have to visit 6 times to get my money refunded after the final settlement. Although the doctor is good and popular Staff doesn't have decency to give bill when paying money. I have to argue to get the bill after making payment. You won't trust a person with cashless medical insurance but am i supposed to trust you with my money without bill? Management is unavailable. You have to come multiple times to get issues resolved. guys don't suffer by going here.

Waste hospital if you want to loose money and time then you can prefer. Time waste of rating this hospital also. No proper response of patient health. Only money corruption hospital. Staff is not good. Rude behavior. Very commercial.

Do not believe in fake positive reviews posted by others( they might have provided by hospital people only). This is a worst hospital I have ever visited. I have taken IVF for my wife and my experience with this hospital was pathetic. Negatives: First of all, too expensive.. when we visit they say 10000(example) for treatment and actual will be 20000. They are liars Medical shop lady and gent are very rude and they charge high prices for all medicines. They are pathetic people I have ever come across. They don't respect patients despite charging lakhs of rupees from patients. They do not allow patients to use lift but their staff can use( especially during Covid time) Room charges are pretty high. Even if you stay 30i more, they charge for full day i.e., Rs.2000. Overall, I felt great regret to get my wife treated here. I strongly don't recommed.
