Khasta is quite crispy & the matar is like paste which some people may not like. Matar is served with aloo. Vada is okay. Generally crowded on Sunday mornings. Worth a visit.
Overall Average experience tried this place after watching lots of video and google reviews but it turned out to be average because the khasta was little oily and the taste was just fine It was a one time try only not highly recommended How to reach It's located on the main road opposite to shree kanha ji doors and paints
This is a lucknow famous khasta kachodi centre. I visited this place and ate khasta kachodi and it was very delicious and not too costly. If you also plan to explore lucknow City , you definitely need to visit this food shop and need to try some local foods.
I had seen in the YouTube video that this is a very old shop where food items start available from 5:30 in the morning like Chole Bhature, Khasta, Puri, Jalebi.But the vegetable given here is of peas and no matter what you eat, you are given only one vegetable.which can spoil your taste a lot.
Although you have to stand in line or crowd to take your food but taste is very delicious and top notch, it's mouth watering tasty
We ordered Khasta and Jalebi. Khasta was quite tasty specially the spicy fried potato they give along with matar gravy, sliced onion & chilli. Nearby area was not very clean (typical Indian Street stalls).
Khasta is ok-ok, however the mutter and alu is lip smaking....enjoyed it.
Durga Khasta Corner is a small shop that sells Khasta a typical form of kachori in Lucknow. This shop is situated at Lotous road Lucknow. This shop has mastery in making Khasta I personally find their khasta better than some other big names in Lucknow who make khasta. The crowd is very huge at this shop from morning to evening so they have a token system. As their khasta remains in a very huge demand people across the Lucknow and tourists from outside the city have their breakfast here, so you have to wait from 5-30 minutes for your turn. But the taste is really fantastic fluffy khasta with mildly spiced Chole and heavily spiced dry potato creates magic, you can't resist at just one piece.
