The best thing about this gym is its coach.very friendly and very serious when it comes to workouts.sincere and dedicated person. There is complete equipment and also there is provision for badminton. And to note there will be a brisk walk on sundays @ 5 AM from konthamuru bridge to airport to and fro lead by the coach which beats all the workout we do in that week.
