It has changed a lot in the past few years no doubt. But the station does not maintain the elevator escalator is always closed, you have to ask the responsible person to turn on the escalator. I think if these small things can be taken care of it would be best.
The rest room is charging rupees for using and the bike stand charging higher , the stalls are costly why the hell they will charge also. Atleast rest room should be free for ladies
Neat and clean. Escalator and lift was working fine. Platforms are big and clean with ample seating arrangements. Due to Covid lockdown, the number of passengers were less. Parking space is available for all kinds of vehicles. Overall Services are improved and increased the comfort of passengers.

This station contains all the necessary stalls like food, books, etc.. wifi speed upto 4 Mbps with mobile band of 2.4ghz , haven't yet checked on laptop. An avg Station in terms of cleanliness. Total there are 6 platforms, but many get confused with 6th platform.. There are 4-5 ticket counters with invisible staff (about 2-3 counters). So, its better to buy train tickets from ticket vending machine.....you will also find mobile accessories stalls at the waiting area of station, but don't buy anything from there, in case of emergencies u can do so . All the accessories they sell are of poor quality with a touch of high price. So there is a washroom (not common) inside station but not very much good condition. Outside the station you'll get another washroom, which is much more better than the washroom present inside. Wi-fi speed if avg there, but if you want a constant high speed, then stand just below the wifi router(wifi router is not present in the box in Which Google rail-wifi is written, you will get the routers by just following the cables which are coming out from the Google Rail-WiFi box). Water stalls are present where you'll get RO UV and TDS water at just 5Rs/litre and 8Rs/litre including bottle... And railneer is 15Rs per litre (selling price = 20Rs)...Hence it's better to buy water from water stalls... At stalls with greater volume of water its price decreasea.
