Dunkin' Donuts Shop - Donut shop in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I usually order donuts and really like them but I was here for the drink. I ordered the melon burst drink expecting it to be similar to the picture advertised, but all I received was pink sweet flavored water, I had to ask for extra ice to feel better but couldn't finish it. .. I paid almost 260 for this unpleasant experience it's not even worth 20

Having been a regular chai tea drinker and munchkin eater at Dunkin' Donuts back in the USA, I can't help but notice a slight difference in the taste of their donuts here. They tend to be overly sweet compared to what I remember. Their hot chocolate is decent, though. Interestingly, when it comes to donuts, I find myself preferring Krispy Kreme in India over Dunkin'. While the prices at Dunkin' may seem steep for the portion sizes, it's a reminder that quality can sometimes outweigh quantity, and Dunkin' does manage to excel in that aspect.

Everything is fine about this place, but most of their employees were struggling when speaking in Hindi, same was the case when they tried to speak in English. NFC payments? They made me wait after serving coke for approximately 5 minutes, after which coke went almost flat. Their prior employees were far better in that regard. Their donuts were good though as you can see in the pictures.

Had a donut and latte. Ambience is quiet good .

Seating at this place was good. We ordered chicken and veg burgers here. Compared to chicken, I liked the veg one as it has the corn patty and it had a crispy texture to it where as the chicken, even though it had an appealing look it dint have a great taste to it. The donuts here tasted good. Even though, I'm not fond of sweets i liked the donuts somehow.

Love donuts? This is the place for everyone who craves for chocolate but also at the same time want to fill their tummy. For burgers won't recommend you to eat here, try the near by biggies n burger for that. P.s. - Try death by chocolate, try to take in bulk to save money.

Was pretty weirded out by the behavioral of the staff. They definitely lack the basic etiquette and were so disinterested in the service. The fact that how an international food chain is fine with the whole thing despite so many negative reviews is really surprising.

This shop is located inside of SLN Terminus. Donuts, burger and lotte were good taste. Good atmosphere. Good ambience. Most of the Staffs working here was hindiwalas.
