I was just searching through internet for a Leh Ladakh tour package for me and my family of 4. Then during my each I went through a very good offer for the leh tour of 7nights and 8days from Delhi including flight tickets. The company was Duniaghoomo. Then I just click on the link tocheck the entire details for the package and pricing and inclusions. After going through all the details I fill up the form that just pop up on the screen after some time and just after 5 to 10minutes of filling up that form I got a call from one of the representative of the company duniaghoomo . The person asked my details my date of travel no of persons travelling and my date of coming back which place I want to travel my hotel preference and my budget and after taking all the details they just gave me a brief overview of the package they will be providing us. Then after having a brief discussion and overview of the package they emailed me the entire itinerary of the tour on my whatsapp number and my email id. The package was clearly explained including all the details of the services we will be getting during the package. Then after a gap of one day I got a call back from them and they explained line to line and word the entire package and the things which we will be getting in the package. The hotels and cab where we will be staying what ll places we will taken to visit and the price of the entire package on per person basis. We travelled so many locations in leh like king castle pathar sahib gurudwara pangong lake we enjoyed a lot we also went to kharadungla pass and tanglangla pass the highest pass. The complete services from the company right from the cab hotels food and everything was very satisfactory and even they made the payments directly at hotel and to vendors kept things transparent and easy for us to trust upon them. Do book your packages from them they are very serious about their job and services kept very close eye on each and every customer during the package. Love the tour so much. Whenever you are panning for tour do consult duniaghoomo once take their quotation and compare as they provide the best at very competitive prices.

Experience. The agency as well as the tour operators talk very softly and respond very sweetly. But the real truth comes after you confirm the trip and pay the advance amount. The engaged field workers i.e Drivers/guide are purely unprofessional. Their act is completely unprecedented. The agency engages uneducated and greedy service providers who only run behind commission instead of providing customer satisfaction. Lots of bad experiences especially from the service providers engaged by the agency or tour operators. When one asks about such an inconvenience, the agency just shifts their burden on the tour operator or the service providers. The agency talks softly and ignores their responsibility to provide hassle free service, puts all blame on tour operators or service providers. If one books any package through dunia ghoomo I suggest to take good service and then only pay them. I had just posted a pic of a seat provided by the agency in my return journey. The journey was so painful. Beside one hotel at Shimla was arranged for 2 days but the hotel room was unhygienic and the staffs including the manager were so rude. I thought I was not a customer of that hotel instead they are doing me a favour to give me rooms. Service is extremely pathetic.

Very bad experience. Provided driver is also not supporting. He only suggested shop and activities centre where he having collaboration. He before giving booking amount they not told verys thinks and after that they send pdf where they mentioned heater charges and early check-in & late check-out charges ahe they booked bus as like we required early check-in & late check-out as well as before booking thay says 5 night and 6 days holidays package. After giving booking amount thay send documents as per that their is no any activity or visit in 6th day only dropped to bustop.

We have to give payments in between but it already get informed whenever we have to pay to anyone and the amount gets deducted from the total pending balance which is left to pay to duniaghoomo. We requested for middle seats the team tried to provide us the middle seats during delhi to manali travel but on returning they tried but due to high season we were not able to get the middle seats. All the sightseeing that were written in the itinerary were covered without fail and we were given ample time roam around the place and take photos, no hurry was made from the driver to make it early or make it fast he always cooperated with us and also let us know the best shops from where to buy things and help us get discounted rates. The food was very tasty and prepared on time and was delivered to us very politely and we never have to complain for anything. The rooms were cleaned daily when we went out to travel and return back the hotel management cleaned our rooms properly and even change the linen. The hotel staff was very polite and humble and always listen to our needs and provided us without fail. Even though we booked a deluxe package that suits our pocket the best but the facilities are really appreciable. We enjoyed the entire trip in all ways. The trip advisor who booked our package was in interaction with us since day one when we first reach duniaghoomo never left us alone was in proper coordination with us always during the package and helped at each step if we face any issue regarding services or paying our balance payments. These people are proper genuine people never say false and give you the right picture of the scene you will be viewing during the package. Food quality and the quality of hotels were excellent . We will surely travel with duniaghoomo and avail their services again and again in near future and will also recommend to others also.

We enjoyed our package so much and can never forget every bit of it. We booked Manali package The hotel provided was good neat and clean the linen was changed daily without asking. There was always a morning call in the mornings which wake us up to get ready for the daily travel plan on time. The driver from Duniaghoomo also calls us in the morning to ask when to come for pickup and explained us beforehand only that what all things will be included in the travel today. The hotel people were so good and cooperative that if someday were late they packed our breakfast and give us so that we don't go hungry at our trip. This is what is called services. The driver not only took us to the destination of interest also guides us the ways and vendors from where to buy things and at cheaper and quality. The entire trip went well organised . At the end the driver asked us whether to drop us at bus stand or we want to roam around in the mall. So asked him to drop us at mall road in the morning and at the time of bus departure pick our luggage from the hotel and pick also from mall road and drop us at Volvo bus stand. On the special day they organised some honeymoon freebies they gave us all as written in the itinerary. Like cake, candle light dinner, flower decoration, and kesar milk it was all mesmerising. Then when it comes to returning back to our home by Volvo earlier we were given back seats then on simple request to duniaghoomo team the seats were changed to middle one . They dropped us on time at Delhi Kashmiri gate bus stand. The company worth trustable for online travel packages bookings. That they say they provide we are an example for same. There might be bad reviews but can't ignore the good one also, go for positive one always in life they are really service givers.

I was just scrolling down my facebook profile just got an offer showing a Rajasthan tour package with a very good offer so I clicked on that offer and went to duniaghoomo website where get to know about various packages about the destination then we plan for around 4nights and 5 days package for Jaipur. The package provided to us was as same as was in quotation. The sightseeing included in the package almost covered everything. And all sight seen were covered properly not in a hush and hurry. The cab used to stop wherever we asked the driver to stop during the sightseeing . This company also provides a special services that is professional photo-shoot during your travel which is extraordinary and amazing services. The hotels given were very neat and clean and the food was also tasty and was presented even in the rooms although the buffet was setup but on our request the provided us the room service also. We asked the hotel manager for booking our activities as it was not included in the package so they helped us in booking the same immediately. As agra was included in the package so we were taken to taj mahal on the 3rd day and it was osum day to see the one of the wonder of world. The cab provided to us was very neat and clean and was a sedan as quoted in the package. They are true travel company provide same things as they say and even they don't charge extra or overcharge things. We are very satisfied with the services of the company and response time of the company after selling their package we enjoyed it the most. The best you can het after buying a travel package online is after sales service and this the company that is providing the thing without fail. Our phone call always picked during the for any kind of guidance. They even not ask for compete payments in advance they ask for payments in between the tour which is quite good and trustable as they make us pay directly to the vendors those who are providing services no company does this. Once you pay the payment to any of the service provider your balance get reduced with every payment given to the vendor so there is complete transparency and proper management from the company during the entire trip. I booked the package to himachal manali in the month of may. The day before the package was supposed to be started I got a call from one of the representative that your cab driver will be calling you in the morning and and please tell him the place and time you want him to come The car details and number just flashed on my phone once the duniaghoomo representative dropped the call. Next morning when the package has to start I got a call and the same thing happened the guy called and asked me the time and place of pickup it was the number that duniaghoomo gave me as driver. I was so satisfied that my heart just got relaxed that things gonna be fine from now. Once I hoped into the cab and our trip started we just paid Rs5000 to the driver for the diesel thing and nothing else he asked from us on the way. The driver was always asking us where we want to stop to eat and never irritated on stopping the cab during the trip for photography. Finally at bight we reached Manali slightly late then to we have to reach. The hotel people just welcomed us with the welcome drink asked whether we want to have coffee or tea or any cold drink. It was cold over there at night but hotel and the rooms were cozy. We just had our delicious dinner that the hotel people have packade for us and kept in the rooms as we were late. We on second day noticed that the bed sheet was not clean at place so we asked the reception person to change he without any if and but immediately sent a person to our room make that bed sheet changed. We were not able to drink cold water as the room temperature of the water was even colder than the normal that we drink at our home town but there was electric kettle facility due to being a 2 star category hotel. But the service of the hotel was that good whenever we wanted hot water to drink they always provided us without any issues. The next day it was our local sightseen day the cab driver was always called us if he went here there during we are roaming around at local areas of mania that be careful and call me if need me whenever. He was so friendly and helping during each and every sight seen. He took us hadimba temple as written in the itinerary of Duniaghoomo, then he took us to club house we enjoyed a lot by playing games and boating. Then he took us to vashisht temple the hot water spring which was amazing and astonishing at very cold location suddenly you found a place where there is hot water without any artificial temperature altering machine, this is called nature. We never have to pay single penny during the sight seeing for parking for any toll tax as told by the duniaghoomo representative. Then we went to Tibetan monastery which is also very soothing place we just felt the warmth of the god over there. Thaks to duniaghoomo for adding the best places of manali in the trip. Then at last the driver left us at mall road to roam around and for shopping and at evening we called him to pick us up and drop us to the hotel. And the home like hotel was ready with our delicious and hot dinner buffet in the dinning area. We enjoyed our dinner and went to sleep in our cozy and neat cleaned bedrooms. Nest day we had wakeup call from the reception that today is our snow point day that is we have to got the see the snow at atal tunnel and solang valley. The best place during the entire trip was solang valley where we enjoyed different adventure activities like para gliding, zorbing all of them which were listed in the package as told by the duniaghoomo representative. Another fabulous place was atal tunnel great location to enjoy snow it was covered with snow and wow best of best experience I have ever experienced in my life Thanks to duniaghoomo. After a joyful day of travel we came back to our hotel. After having the delicious dinner and what a sweat dish the shahi tukda.

The worst of worst.. Don't go with this travel company.. You will surely regret it for life... based on my personal experience...Don't put yourself in trouble... Apart from tour package in the middle of the journey they will ask you for extra money otherwise the driver won't proceed for further locations.. He made us stood in the middle of the road in the middle of the night at 2 AM becase the money was not paid to him by the owner. There was no response as well from the travel company when we were calling them for the complaint. Also we went for 10 days and everyday there was some drama either with the driver or the hotels.. They don't make full payments to all the hotels which are booked by them.While checking out from the hotel the owner will demand their money from you. And the same goes on till the trip ends...very poor and cheap quality of rooms and food as well... feels like literally wasted money....there was no coordination between the travel company and other agents including driver...also the tempo traveller they gave us was totally a disaster. The seats were broken. I will suggest if you can't give proper service, close your company... don't just make money out of everything...
