Dumraon Station - Hospital in Hakimpur - Buxar, India

This is a good and clean railway station, but it needs better maintenance, also inside the station at platforms, there is a lack of availability of drinking water points & toilets. Tickets counters should be improved and there will be a good waiting area, people are seating on the ground nearby the ticket counter. Hope Railway will fix these problems and arrange them properly.

Good and clean station but some improvements were necessary like drinking water,rest rooms, enquiry, book stall, Tea stall etc. Available services- Free Wi-Fi, Some new benches were installed for sitting, sheds for small benches also, some trees, foot over bridge, etc. Many trains stops here only for 2 minutes.

We reached Dumraon by taking the Vibhuti Express from Howrah. The station is average. But there is still a lot of development to be done.

Good station and historical places

Very small station. Stopage of train is very low.

My home station. I can say that the connectivity from this station to rest of the country is good. There is only near by hotels where you can stay in the night. After 10 pm it will be very difficult to get taxi or any other means of transportation for further destination. It needs a lot of good work to be done here. There is no facility for night stay/ waiting/lounge facility on the station. Also there is no good number of stoppage of superfast trains.
