Best gym at lalpur, Ranchi. The gym is well equipped and trainers are very helpful and motivating. I used to be a couch potato but the environment in gym is really positive, you will get up everyday to go and burn those calories. The trainers will instruct you for every exercise. It has proper changing room, washroom and drinking water facility. So, overall if you are looking for a gym in prime location which is affordable and provides you proper guidance then Dumbbell fitness is the gym for you.

Neat and clean Gym with premium equipment's. Some of the equipment's here are not in the golds gym Ranchi even. They take less crowd so we can workout without any issue. Trainers are good they do not pitch the product like other gym in Ranchi. They give you proper guidance to improve.
