Dulhan Darwaza - Historical place in Bidar - Bidar, India

A historical landmark in Bidar which is not maintained and only ruins are left.

An entrance to the old city of Bidar or exit making way to the beautiful Ashtur. It's old monument, sadly it's not maintained well and I'm hoping it will remain stronger for many year

This Historical Gateway is being restored/modified. Travellers passing through this place may face inconvenience. However, for Tourists & Shutterbugs, it is still a delight (especially when you stopby en route Astur Tombs).

Its an old door which means darwaza in urdu. A newly wedded bride in a palanquin was found missing in that place so that place got the name Dulhan Darwaza.

Everything is fine but pictures are got mixed, though those all belong to bidar city but seems added randomly.

Lots of memories related with this place now it turned into ruins, lack of gov funds no proper road around it literally it became dumpyard ppl throw garbage there

This is one of many gates to enter residential area of the fort. But recently it is closed.
