We stay here for four days and it was really nice. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The owner of this property was very helpful and behaviour was good. Overall it was wonderful. Highly recommended.
This is a homestay where me and my friends stayed for 1 month for our training. Rooms are quite good and properly maintained. Electricity, cleaning, time everything is fine. But the rooms are just a little bit expensive. They charged 400 RS per person per day and food is not included, neither induction. Although they provide a water kettle, which was really good. Wifi is also available here. Overall it is completely safe so anyone can stay there without any hesitation.
I seldom give 5 star reviews but this was one such place. Located inside a quiet yet connected neighbourhood, the place offers all the basic needs you expect in a homestay. The cherry on top is the extremely polite host who is always there to help you out without ever invading your privacy.
Dula homestay is one of the best homestay of Guwahati city. It is located just 10 to 15 minutes far from the Guwahati Railway station. You can get OLA or UBER easily from the main city. Room service for food is not available but hotel and restaurant is available just in front of the HOME STAY in walking distance. There are 3 double bedded AC room and 2 single bedded non AC room. You can enjoy your stay there nicely. The owner of the HOME STAY is very good human being. You can book the HOME STAY through online.
It was great stay. Rooms were clean. Ambience is natural with many plants around. Especially the host Mr. Kaustov ais very supportive. He gave me early checkin at 6:00 AM, as we communicated a day before, he suggested that if the room is vacant then there is no problem giving early ch checkin. I would certainly recommend this stay.
It's a very nice place to stay with space for kids to play. The rooms are very neat and clean with available space for cooking and the utensils are provided by them. The owner Mr Dutta is a very nice person and helpfull in everything. I came from Naharlagun Arunachal Pradesh with 2 kids and a care taker. I went for training leaving kids at the room and he took good care of my kids and us over all in our stay at his home stay. A must visit place. You will feel home away from home. Thank you Dada for everything. I will visit your place again next time.
Drinking water facility should be installed for the rooms. Another service of house keeping may keep for people who stay for a long period. Overall the rooms, facility, communications, dealing are good. Satisfied with the stay.
