I've ordered coffee from this outlet a couple of times. I live in Mumbai and I was looking for good tasting coffee for my daily Americano. After trying Lavazza for a long time, I gave them a try. The coffee was sent to me by courier and it was roasted fresh. I like the fact that they provide 100% arabica coffee. The coffee tastes good, the crema is perfect. Overall I am a happy customer and will continue to buy coffee from them on a regular basis.

Absolutely amazing coffee. The filter coffee and the instant coffee are fresh and so much better than the store packed products. Refreshing aroma and taste! Highly recommended!! Best part is coffees are available on Flipkart and Amazon!!

In short, they have great coffee(s)! Having met someone who are passionate about what they do, and at the same time stand true to what they are is a rare encounter. That is Dukens' first impression to me. They have a variety of coffee for Pour over, French press and Espresso to suit your brew. I have tried their AC export medium roast. It has a very balanced acidity and roasted nutty notes. This coffee is been meticulously roasted. Love it! More updates coming as I try Monsooned Malabar and Monsooned Peaberry...

Have been drinking this brand coffee for over 5 years now and have found it even better than some reputed big brands. Only thing is it is not available with all retailers.
