Hands down, the best choice I've made is training at Duke's. The gym has all the equipment you need and the super friendly people make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Best gym in sector 17..!!!! Behaviour of owner is to good and very friendly. All type of facility related to gym are available at any time.

Wide ranging sophisticated equipment, open area with glass area looking out (unlike most in the neighborhood which are in the basement and suffocate). Helpful trainers (lot of them around to help). Clean and hygienic all over (including the change rooms). It's 2yrs old now and that has started showing on equipments, although the mgmt is trying hard to keep pace with it.

The gym owner is amazing and friendly. He is vast knowledge about muscle building. Also, they have plenty of equipment.
