Very bad, they kept my money and didn't deliver the gold ornament even after 1 week. and promised me that can give it in 2 hours, How they can give a gold ring in 2 hours , and how a gold ornament can be BIS hallmarked 916 certified within 2 hours and even that is in between 6pm and 8 pm. What is the trust they are promising. great surprise and untrustworthy... according to my experience

Its always crowded. Staffs are unable to handle the customers due to the crowd. They have nice collections but Making charge is horrible.
