Rooms are just of an average range, don't know about the price range as it was a bulk booking. Good and polite service. Food is also above average. Rooms require immediate maintenance. The location is very beautiful and near Ranipuram Hill station, actually it is on the way.

Just want to highlight staff support. I just entered to the hotel early to 3 AM without any booking. Very supportive staff. Breakfast lunch provided. They could have keep the property little more neatly. Except everything was fine .

This resort is run by the district tourism promotion council, and is at a very beautiful location. Surrounded by mountains, this resort has a beautiful ambience. It is located at the foothills of Ranipuram mountain and the trekking trail starts from here. As this place is an elephant corridor, the property is surrounded by an electric fence. The rooms were excellent, the cottages had ample space and good bathrooms. The mud bricks used in the construction of the resort giving it a traditional look. The resort was fairly new when we visited. The staff were extremely courteous, the food was excellent. The breakfast menu was good. For some reason dinner was not available but we were given an alternate option to order food from outside and it was very helpful. I would love to revisit Ranipuram and also stay at this resort. The climate was really good at this location, as we visited here during monsoon. It was a wonderful experience to sit in the corridor, drink tea and have Pakodas while it rained heavily. The resort has ample parking space. This resort is also a good place to have reunions and meetings. Group travellers can also have a great time at this resort. I recommend this place to everyone visiting Ranipuram. Thumbs-up to the district tourism promotion council for the idea of building a resort at this location so people can enjoy nature at its finest. One of the best resort stay in my life..... Because of humbleness and good service provided by management. We didn't got Hut stay here because of late in booking but we got a room with best view of ranipuram (which we can't get in Hut also)..... Our full team was happy with this resort and with their services... They are so calm in interaction with customers. And coming to their service regarding food- when we want to take food they will make it ready in just 15-20 min. and we can't forget this stay because of there humbleness and service. And they dropped us to panatthur while returning to home town. Rating for Food- 5 star: dinner, breakfast, lunch (Kerala style food) with great taste... Thank you management for providing best service.....

Excellent location. Friendly people. Very nearer to Ranipuram trek ticket counter. Tasty food (they have cook). Rooms and Food @Affordable cost. Stay for at least 48 hours and enjoy the location (Day 1 - Treking, Day 2 - Enjoy the food, climate and take rest). Avoid travelling to this place in early morning and late evening, quickly covered with mist
