There is various brokers who have tied up wilh officials and staffs here. If you pay money ,you job will be done instantly. If you are honest,you have face various difficulties. Your more time will be spoilt here if you don't apply shortcut.
The staff and Officer are in attitude not helping natured and also trying to misguiding the public to harassment and looting them as a bribes instead of their work transparently
Here people are not nice. You have to give bribe for your work. So don't be surprised when they ask you for money.
