DTDC - Vastrapur Lake - Courier service in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

I wanted to parcel rakhi courier to Ratlam. The owner politely guided me over the call for the process and was even upfront with the delivery timelines and everything. The rate was comparatively best considering the service. The staff there is good including the person sitting on the front table (Possibly the owner) Would recommend this place for sure. Kuddos

Worst service. International courier was done through DTDC, they said they will send it via DTDC but they don't. Broken items delivered. Worse service ever. The DTDC person will not answer the call once payment received. They pick up the stuff and keep it in their office for 2-3 days. When you call to ask consignment number, they lie by saying "abhi 5 mins mai bhej rahe hai". And never send you consignment number. They say that they are charging less per kg but they will increase the dimensions of the box and charge you extra money for it dimension wise. It's a whole new level of cheating the customer. Highly disappointed. On paper they charge half the money and write the amount taken from you by scribbling with a pen. Do not fall for this trap. Appreciate the genuine people who actually value you as customers and beware of such frauds.

Said that they will deliver parcel in two days but delivered in 5 days

Worst courier experience in many years. Absolutely unresponsive staff. Govt offices are far better in terms of customer service. Pathetic service. Better to shut it down than run offices like this claiming premium delivery services.

It was good, i delivery a mobile phone to Andhra Pradesh from Ahmedabad with fast delivery option the charges taken was 350/- . It was gone in Andhra Pradesh just 2days.

Easy and quick work done without hassle

As a startup from India, we expect some love from big companies. And we aren't even competition to them. So we don't understand why such things happen. For example. Two different branches gave us two different rates. One was obviously being nice to us and one wasn't, both said standard rates only but there was a difference of Rs. 45. And who would feel bad about making a customer happy than a customer unhappy. We were desperate about sending the parcel on time so we had no choice. We feel disheartened that, a parcel of 590 gms was taken as 1000g and not under 500gm, and that we paid Rs380 for a parcel going to mumbai from ahmedabad. Atleast a little courtesy from big companies would be nice.

It was such a bad decision. Please dont come here for any service. My product got completely damaged. I was highly disappointed. Guys please I warn you not to come here for any service. There is no value of a parcel if it reaches as a damaged product. Also when I complained there was no response.
