Charges more compared to other dtdc office..he quoted 600 for the courier..same courier i got it done from dtdc kodigehalli gate for 400 rupees ..stop looting peoples hard earned money ..if this shop was genuine how come same dtdc in kodigehalli charged 400 rupees .think before u visit this dtdc sahakarnagar first floor office ..

The parcel I was expecting never reached me. When I called I got through after many attempts and the MANAGER said parcel was undelivered due to me not being at home! Our parcels are collected by the security, so that was a lie. He said he would call back after tracing but did not. When I called he said he would send my package across the next day but did not. Next when I called he said THE PACKAGE WAS EMPTY!! As per him there is no column to say that the parcel was empty/damaged etc so it was mentioned that there was no response from my end. Most disgusting service and a very crude manager. In response to the reply: my consignment number is M05895086 and my complaint number is 1012231. Impossible to get through to your call centre. When I finally did, the line got cut in 3-4minutes and I got no call back. number is M085

The place is awesome. They deliver on time, mostly. Once I wasn't in station, so they kept my parcel safely and asked me to redeliver it, but I went to pick it up and I found it was safe and the entrance was covid-19 safe. Service is price comfy.

They are Chester. I called them for home pickup.. first that guy told 100Rs home pickup charges. When i called them later for pickup guy said no home pickup charges. But courier charges will be 200. Other place its 165 for allover india and 135 for delhi mumbai Chennai kolkata. Plus no pickup charges. Also the guys whome i spoke to was veey rude and unprofessional.

one of the worst courier service in sahakar nagar. staff management behavior not at all good. worst service i seen in sahakaranagar. third class delivery boys and poor management. no proper response rudely speaking totally not gd at all.

Do not use this DTDC courier company they doesn't know to talk to customer and they don't even respond to calls if we ask them they are telling not to do courier again here that's thanks for information I got to know u people making business telling lies to customer please do not use this courier company they are woste people I have seen talking rash to customer don't use this courier
