Worst service provider ever. Don't take responsibility if you can't provide good service. They didn't deliver it to my home saying they don't come to this area. I thought maybe that's true and I offered them to go to a nearby place where they deliver. Then the person said that's beyond their policy and they will have to pay penalty for it. You gotta be kidding me HIGHER AUTHORITY, please look into the matter. They only harass normal customers.
When air charges are applied , courier should be shipped accordingly, very difficult to get through their customer care number and then calling customers hyper is audacious .
