Very Bad Service, DTDC is the most useless Courier Service, I don't recommend you all to use this service. Customer care Ms. Pornima Survase talks very rudely and un helpfull at all, very very bad, only talks opposite of customers, and she's warning me that your parcel will be sent return, no knowledge of how to talk to customers, not at all. She called me and asking me to come to office and get your parcel. Saying that you service is out of area. Rubbish service of DTDC and Pornima.... I strongly not recommend to use this service.. Waste of time, money and and the package. Receipt says shipping hub is Mumbai but package is sitting in Delhi for 4 days and sat at Mumbai for 5 days. They will charge for faster delivery and send the package using slowest service available. Please save your money, frustration and go somewhere else.
Great as I mentioned in my previous review of DTDC! DTDC is one of the most popular courier service, they have more than 2 outlets in town is the benefit so we can prefer it! And if you face any inconvenience by the Shop owner or agent then you may ask dtdc for assistance!
Cheap service. On 18th October I had sent my courier through Prime Time and since three days it has been in transit. While booking they assured me to deliver in next day at any coast. But these people are cheated. Their Contact number is also not working. Useless service...
Not responsible people, no one received my call, didn't give me my currier status. & landline no is always shows off. They don't know about the emergency of people's currier, they don't have any serious about my currier also, i called again & again their phone is ringing but no one received my call, then I massaged them but no one replied me on my massage. Very third class service. Shame on you guys.
For courier Laptop to pune. Well packed in front of me,taken 500 rs.for packing n round 1200 to deliver to Pune with insured laptop. Note : DTDC provide insurance for Laptop
Not happy with their service. Even they charged 2% extra on credit card payment. thats crazy. Consignment not delivered on time. Owner was warm headed and started bothering.
The courier did not arrive in time. 4 days late delivered after call and inquiry.
