My experience was very good for last 2 years as I did multiple courier with this Fandi Chowk DTDC shop , but in May 2023, I shipped my bike from this shop , which the person made the arrangements from GATI(which he didnt inform me earlier and took me directly to Hub at SBP) and charged me 1500 just for packaging and assured me bike will get delivered with no damage and if any problem , I can contact him. Bike arrived with certain damages and as mentioned , I contacted this person considering my good past relations. To my surprise , he stopped picking up my phone and not replying to my messages and basically , he didn't took any responsibility of damages and didn't stuck to his words, which ultimately gave me a feeling of I got cheated and betrayed. Bike can get damaged while shifting, that's acceptable , but not taking responsibility of it its not at all acceptable. To all burla residents ,choose wisely.
A private courier service. I opted to send my luggage through them. They have rates as per kilogram in weight. Intra state and inter state rates are different. The gentleman here was helpful and polite. The shop is right up on the road so you can't miss it. Easily accessible. Wheelchair users may find it difficult to go over the metal plate bridging over the drain.
DTDC Express Limited which is situated in Phandi Chowk Burla is a very good Courier Service Center. It is very helpful to the local people and University Students. Parcels from Flipkart and Amazon are distributed through this Courier Center. The owner is very good and helpful. It is on the road side. It opens at 9:00am and closes at 9:00pm. You can send parcels through this Courier Center.
