Very poor service from DTDC.
My important and urgent courier wasn't delivered which was within state delivery (vasco to panjim). It has been 5 days now and no proper service has been provided.
They are showing their status as delivered but the courier is not delivered and by any chance if it would have been delivered to wrong address they dont have receiving signature and contact details.
Also their head person is not responding to their mails and calls regarding the issue.
