Not satisfied with this Branch of NLP, DTDC. They charged 150 rupees for a 100 gm parcel whereas DTDC- Tezpur, Dibrugarh, Moran etc charges 80 for the same. Almost 2 times than the usual price, IDK where those money going.
Delivery boy refused door step delivery and was behaving like as if they were boss. I had to go to the DTDC courier office to pick my product..
List price is 80 for less than 250 gram They changed 150 for this
When I talked to them over phone, the staff working at DTDC told me that my courier package will be delivered and the most I will have to do is bring in my adhaar card since I was sending items to Kashmir. But once I reached there they told me that services were not available for Kashmir. Now I sent the pincode for them to check beforehand and they still called me to the office...only to disappoint me once I reached there. Moreover they opened up the package and checked each item one by one, items that were personal and have been packed and sealed painstakingly and then returned me an open box for me to repack again. I used another courier service the same day and they didn't violate my privacy and sent the package without any problem. Also I was charged around Rs. 300 for the package whereas DTDC asked for 650. So all in all I can say that DTDC provides the best disappointment in North Lakhimpur and I am sure to never bother using this courier service again.
Very poor, worst service provided by DTDC. My Consignment No. A46098691 was booked at 20th July and today is 28th July, still it is not delivered. Cheap rated couriers are more FASTER then DTDC. Hopeless service.
The package are kept over one another in a bad manner i guess... But still our product was fine after delivery so the courier service is fine....
Very rude behaviour of staff. DTDC does not do door to door delivery of parcels. I shall suggest never book your parcels through DTDC
Most of the time it's okay but I lost half of the items of a parcel which I sent to Guwahati..Lodged a complaint but neither did they take any action nor did they cared to find out the parcel.
