Lack of professionalism and very bad management. I had to receive my parcel from my company it reached at bargarh in the morning and received first call from courier boy at around 11am, due to some reason I could able to receive the calls at first. After 2-3 hrs I called him back and he said parcel is returned sir? Really? How could it be done like this at least they can wait for a call back or for a day off. They didn't wait for the day and returned the parcel. I mean who does this within 1-2 hrs of span and that is till the afternoon only? I guess the office hours is at least till 6pm. I could have taken the parcel from office also. Pathetic experience!
I have not received my courier. Tracking number: M19945363 They delivered the courier to someone else.
I would I have given Zero stars if it were an option. The delivery guys never listens and never deliver things to the house. We have to go and pick it up.
DTDC courier service has so far the best service I have experienced..the staff are cooperative and helpful..they have neither delayed any consignment nor caused any loss or damage to my delivery..i would definitely recommend DTDC courier service
It's very nice courier service at Bargarh .. also the faster one in the town than others.. but I didn't got my parcel from Jaipur till the date...may be missing .. or the sender has not sent any parcels.
