Too much cost...price od weighted product not good
Worst dtdc courier guys, they won't come to your address and they'll mark as door is closed. For my parcel I went to the office and took the delivery because I wanted urgently. And you can see these people category is also as BAR because they sit and drink instead of doing work. I would rate minus ten(-10) if there's an option.
Waste service they test customers patience level no communication for the people were the product receive centre ...Half knowledge people .service is bad .Don't fall in their service .
Worst service ever.... My consignment was not received, but got a message that it was delivered and handed the consignment to me, forged my signature too. When called to ask about the same, the agent/manager who is sitting in the office is rude and says that they don'thold responsible for package. Cannot understand how a courier company can be so irresponsible about the consignment. The consignment contains original documents. Please think twice before using this service.

They litrally took 200/- to send a parcel from vizag to warangal. It only contains 2 small books. But yah the place is also a little small where u have very less space to stand.
