kindergarden people they dont have maturity both manager and tl dont behave they are rude and abuse you.psycho management dont give proper salary, extend shift upto 11 hrs.

It is an Very good company for freshers .I have learned alot there, they treats everyone equal. Feel free and love your work good place for fresher to learn a office culture, TL and management are very friendly. They provide a incentive based on our performance maximum they provide 5k.But we can't grow there salary was low take home is only under 8500.Appart from salary it is a very good company in trichy.

If you have an idea to work in 2d or 3d field, you can work here. Otherwise, please don't waste your time here. Moreover, it's an elementary school. Reasonable working hours , friendly colleagues, helpful management Very good work environment to start your career.Higher management easily reachable. Things learned here have helped me grow up as a strong professional in my career. I thank DSM for being my first and perhaps the place where I laid the foundation stone of what became a glittering career

Salary not increased bad experience in this company.

This is one of the good company to work & learn collectively. There are lot of opportunities for young people those who are coming straight away from college to learn the life & society. Suggestion for the company is needs to be develop their infrastructure little more & employee's costumes (from cloths , shoes to ID card) needs to be fix as like as little high class and finally company needs to be organize get to gather at-least half of the year once.

Very very bad experience in this company.. Management is very bad..please don't waste your time in this company..

The company is very good for beginners as it helps to develop strong knowledge in our field of domain. Company environment is good, flexible, fun filled with friendly coworkers..
