A decent hotel in Tuticorin, rooms are well equipped with hot water, AC, kettle, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer etc. There is a mall associated with the building, so for time pass people can stroll through the shopping plaza.
A good place to stay. Some rooms are renovated and some are under renovation. Restaurant serves good food. Team is customer friendly. Enough car parking is available. Located in the heart of the city.

Hi, I'm writing from room number 3012, Muddy water in the bathroom, I'm stuck and unable to get ready for my work. They were not ready to give clean water to bath No proper support from the hotel service desk. After a long argument they said they will bring RO water and they provided the same dirty water in 2 buckets. AC was not working. I informed the same to reception as the room phone was not working. But no response for the same. Worst experience Don't believe the rating for this hotel. They are not worth it.
Good hotel for business and family stay. Located in a nice spot, had ample car parking. The service was the best - all staff were friendly and service was quick. Rooms, restroom and the air conditioning was quality. The food at the restaurant was also good. Overall have nothing to complain about.
