Drool Kitchen - North Indian restaurant in New Delhi, Delhi - South West, India

Went to drool kitchen for the 1st time to attend a birthday party. This was arranged at the back area with a seating of 15-20 people. Insides of the restaurant are better. AC is not effective in this place where seating is available. Too hot and humid. Service is very slow and poor. Food is below average. They had kebabs, hariyali paneer, honey chilli potatoes, pizza, spring rolls in veg starters. Kebab were too bland and dry, paneer was not good, honey chilly potatoes was too hard and no taste. Pizza crust was bad like hard and stretchy.Spring rolls were average. Mock tails were not good. In the main course dal had no taste. Paneer veg was too bad. Thin slices of paneer barely few then they are adding raw paneer in gravy. Paneer kofta hard and too sweet gravy. Mix vegetable was not good either. Chapatis..paper thin. Naan was rubbery. Icecream had ice crystals. Overall poor food poor experience. Service was such that they are not even serving water. Pizzas were asked for but not given. Tea was served but it was too sweet. Usually you serve sugar on the side but here it was already mixed. On complaining the server is arguing that we had not told him. 5 times we told him to serve sugarless tea with sweetener separately. But when they got tea again it was the same tea with some added milk and more sugar. I don't know why did serve us the same tea with added milk again and sugar when it was told repeatedly to get sugar on the side. When we complained the 2nd time they never got the tea again. In fact the server was debating on this issue. Ddnt like the place, food or service. I complained about the AC not being effective but no one bothered. There was no scooper to serve icecream. They are using a spoon and bare hands. On asking the server said 'pata nhn aj scoopers kahan chale gaye..mil hi nahin rahe'. Veggies in the main course were not even hot.

The ambience of the place is what you should look forward to while you visit. Absolutely beautiful Talking about food, I had ordered Malai Soya chaap which was nice but too salty. I still couldn't understand why Water melon punch was not made from water melon. It felt they used artificial color and melon in place of water melon for the drink. From there food to their service everything is excellent. Drool Kitchen is the best restaurant in Dwarka hands down, they serve the best tasting food and the service is quick and top notch. I went with my wife, kid and parents. We ordered Reshmi Kebab, Paneer Tikka and Fries for starters and Veg Biryani, Tawa Chicken and Bhuna Gosht for main course. And we were not disappointed from anything because everything tasted awesome. They also packed our left over biryani very neatly! The ambience is also really good if you are planning to visit with your family the music is not loud like other restaurants/cafe in Dwarka. I have been their loyal customer form last 10 years, and this journey will continue for more decades...

It is a nice restaurant. I had good experiences earlier but this time the food was not great. We ordered chilly chicken, but chicken was not fresh, so it kind of spoiled the mood. Staff and ambiance were good.

The overall experience is good , the ambiance is good. Food is good . Not too much space but it is under the metro station you can easily reach there.

We opted for the combination of fried rice and Manchurian, which tantalized our taste buds with their robust flavors. Additionally, we indulged in garlic naan paired with masala mushroom, both of which were mouthwatering. The Manchurian balls were tender, and the accompanying gravy boasted a well-balanced profile without overpowering tanginess. The masala mushroom was a standout dish, showcasing culinary expertise, and the naan exhibited a commendable texture that was far from chewy. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in the realm of service. While the service provided was satisfactory, there is potential for further refinement to elevate the overall experience. In terms of pricing, the average cost per person for vegetarian options falls within the range of 600-700 monetary units, catering to those with a preference for plant-based cuisine. To conclude, my visit to this establishment left a positive impression, with a noteworthy ambiance and delectable dishes that satisfied the palate. While acknowledging the opportunity for service enhancement, it is important to highlight the enjoyable experience this establishment offers to patrons seeking a satisfying vegetarian dining experience.

Pros: Location is the biggest advantage for this place - under the Dwarka sector 10 metro station. On the flip side though, the location limits the parking options, especially on weekends. Vibe is chilled and service is good. Outside seating area is excellent if the weather is good. Cons: The food quality is just about Okay. I have been to this place three times in the past year. But the food doesn't stand out. A bit expensive with liquor especially. Overall, would recommend this place just for easy reachability by metro and for a casual get together.
