The trainer here is one of the best in Delhi NCR region..He not only gives proper training, diet charts but keeps on motivating you, pushing you to the limits and also takes care that you do not get any injury while working out or in case you have some previous injury he will create your workout plan accordingly thereby strengthening you and your will as well!

It's a very good gym with very experienced trainers . Highly recommended for those who want to gain real fitness . . I have enjoyed my workouts with this gym..
