I trained there for 6 months so i have a good idea For price point if bargained well I would give it 5/5 stars Equipment is good enough Too many stations imo, so very closely packed Ventilation is an issue, fans are inefficient, and only two windows that remain closed all times, so good for only winters Trainers keep changing, 0 consistency Owner seems to be confused He has won many championships, tournaments(national also) But he never trains and keep on buying more and more stations irrespective of space and need This gym is definitely an evolving gym in a good way but there is still time for it to reach a good level
This is quite decent gym in the locality.The environment is also safe. The best part is the experienced trainer #Rahul, who is a great guide and will actually patiently train you through the correct ways. He is also helping me in recovering from my injury. Also, Bhim Singh, a national and international level athlete and power lifter runs the gym. Hence, you actually get a decent guidance in this gym.
It's a very very good gym great machine and also have a good tranior and afcouse gym onwer is a great person and athlete
Its a good gym with all modern and sophisticated equipments which one needs to shape their body. The gym has sufficient number of trainers and nutritionist who will help you throughout your sweating hours. Bheema- owner of gym is a humble natured human with lots of national and international body building titles earned by him . Fees is also reasonable for every one. I would suggest health conscious people to visit this gym for body training.
