Dron - The Flavour of Bengal - Bengali restaurant in Kanchrapara - 24 Paraganas North, India

First of all they served us food which are spoiled! It was left over we could smell that! We ordered half tandoori chicken, which was very bad and flavourless! Too hard we couldn't finish it! We also ordered fried rice and chicken handi! Rice was ok but the chicken was too hard! We also ordered butter nun but cancelled it after all the bad experience! And now come to the services! It was also bad! Waiter was busy on his phone after calling him repeatedly he gave us response and overall service was bad! What should I talk about ambience! Flies were everywhere inside the restaurant! I didn't expect that at all! I never gave this much bad reviews to any restaurant but after eating there we fell really sick, I had bad stomach and my friend is vomiting continuously!

Quantity of food is good. They provide generous amout of food according to the price. But the quality of food is not good. Service is little slow. Ambience is nice.

Not too much of space but good for 20 number of people. Food taste is awesome.Walking distance from Kanchrapara Railway station platform number 1 .Opposite of Xpress Bazar.

Worst experience. Food quality and service is poor especially for birthday celebration booking. The size of mutton in mutton biryani is hardly 50 gm.I ordered for my daughter's birthday celebration,but very much frustrated by the behaviour of this restaurant.they do not have waiters to serve 50 to 60 people.one waiter Mr sunny who took my orders did not come during the time.he is a fraud and escaped.do not go to that person for order.

Well decorated but worst restaurant of kanchrapara. Food has no taste, no quality. Visited this restaurant 3 times, but never satisfied. Went there for the first time and ordered biryani, we were served rotten and smelly mutton biriyani. And so that we could not understand the smell, it was served with a lot of cloves mixed in it. But after taking a bite of the food, we realized that the food was stale for a long time and the meat was rotten. After that I never wanted to go there again, but unfortunately I had to go there 2 more times just to keep my friend's invitation, both times the taste of the food was very bad for me, no salt no spice, in a word tasteless. Home made food is much better than this 'third class restaurant' food. Their service is very slow and unprofessional. Can't even serve the food properly. Didn't like the behavior of staffs at all, very rude.

My suggestion is don't go ..... Pathetic service, food, and the washroom If u see any good reviews on this restaurant... It can be done by the restaurant owners or stuff... Many people around us complaining about the food on that day... We took Chicken biriyani and tikka kabab and chowmin...chowmin is like roadside chaomin... Taste is normal .... Biriyani and kabab was sooooo horror in taste.... Biriyani was too bad smelly , chicken taste was not good... Kabab was too hard and masala of kabab was ridiculous. Plz don't go
