Well maintained rooms and washroom, staff were very supportive and responsive. Semi special rooms in 3rd floor.
The staff and Dr. Aravinda were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Aravind really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my mother treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put my mother at ease so I highly recommend this hospital. The nursing staff at 3rd floor were so co-operative. The insurance Department Ashwini mam has very good knowledge of processing cashless hospitalization. They took all the responsibility from submitting documents till getting approval for cashless hospitalization.
Hospital is very good, homely environment. Doctor and nurses in ICU is very good, caring. Special thanks to Tenzin sir because of him we felt very comfortable during our stay at hospital.
