I mr. Devidas bhairat .I was operated for lumbar spine , there was no movement of my legs,8 months back then after I started physiotherapy at home . I started to walk with the help of Walker after 8 month of physiotherapy..then I came to navjeevan physiotherapy clinic...after 15 days of physiotherapy I started walking with the help of stick ..even I can took 3,4 steps without stick ...your way of taking exercise is exllent . 15 years back met with an accident so I was admitted in a hospital ..My condition was very critical . I lost one sided musle power ,I was not ablet to walk and do my daily activities . Dr in the hospital contacted Dr james for physiotherapy, he use to come to the hospital and get the physiotherapy . I gradually started improving ,power of my leg and hand gradually regained. I could stand and walk after a couple of days . The process extended upto 1 yr( physio at home)within that period I recovered very well. Now I m alright and doing happy family life .Thanks Dr James

My father met with an accident in that my coller bone broken. He got operated and his hand was immobilized for 45 days.After that his hand(shoulder )was stiff. I under went ACL reconstruction surgery one nd half month back . Doctor taught me few exercises and asked me do the exercise at home and I was practicing the same ,but I could not achieve the full movement of my knee joint and the power of my leg was also going down .Some of my friends asked me to visit Navjeevan Physiotherapy Clinic.I started Physiotherapy here in Navjeevan, today is my 4 th set, now I can lift my leg without any fear, muscle power improved and even the movement . Doctor taught me some exercise which I suppose to do at the home and I am doing same . With the help of stretching exercises Dr. James helped me to improve the range of movements.I am getting my physiotherapy very aafectively and I am very happy with the progress I achieved.

1 April 2023 , I had a seviere wound when I was operating a machine,on my a lft hand, then I was taken to plastic surgeon .....got operated.Few days later My Dr ask me to do physiotherapy , I came to navjeevan physio , this is the 17 th day of my Physio . Previously I was not able to do any of the movements of left hand ( wrist and fingers ) Now I started to do movement of my fingers and wrist .I regained 50% muscle power . Still I m continuing my physiotherapy and I m satisfied with the physiotherapy what I m gretting here .thank you Dr james .
