Outstanding! This gym offers a fantastic Zumba & aerobics program. I thoroughly enjoy these sessions, led by our main instructor, Zin Jayasree Madam. They've notably enhanced my strength and flexibility. Dr. Sudheer Shah, who oversees this chain of institutions, frequently conducts classes. Both Zin Jayashree and Smt. Ann Rose, our trainers, are seasoned, well-qualified, and demonstrate utmost dedication. My time here has been truly remarkable.

A well maintained gym. The trainers are extremely nice. It has Zumba, aerobics, yoga sessions apart from the usual workout sessions. Been going here for 3 months now, see great improvements in physical and mental well being. Greatly recommend!
