Very satisfied with all the services.I got my facial, detanning, hair spa and pedicure done in different seatings. And all were so satisfying and relieving. Products used were authenticated. Visted the salon for the first time today. I was welcomed by a very friendly and polite staff but my pedicure experience turned out to be a painful experience. The beautician, dont know her name, wasnt trained enough. She cut my delicate skin with the cuticle remover in such a way that I started bleeding. Nails weren't even cut and buffered properly. Just being polite isnt enough. One needs to be efficient enough too. Im still in pain. I spoke to the owner later on, hope she has taken proper step for proving good service in future. Two stars for the polite behaviour of the owner and the staff.
