Dreamnest Residency - Hotel in Wayanad, Kalpetta - Wayanad, India

One of the best experience I ever had with any hotel hospitality. We had booked 2 rooms and it was kind of homestay. The hotel is in centre of kalpetta surrounded by market. There were multiple parking space available. The staff were very supportive and polite and provided all the required support during our stay. Since I visited this with my 3yr old baby the kitchen use for my baby food preparation made my visit comfortable. They provided all the necessary utensils.

Amenities wise it's average. We had to check in reception multiple times to view the tv channels. When we tried to watch tv for some time we had to end up seeing the error on the TV screen about the recharge had not been done to view the tv channels. This was never expected from this residency for an asking price of 1500 per night. Due to heavy rains in Kalpetta, we had to stay back for some time in the room to spend some time. We thought of watching tv but it was a tedious experience for asking multiple times to get it corrected. The second thing was the issue with the hot water. When entering the residency they said 24hrs hot water. But for this as well we need to check in reception for hot water supply. For bachelors it's ok, they can cope without hot water and tv. But for family, it's kind of meh!

It's wonderful Stay We have a lot of options to explore from this place. Lots of good hotels and restaurants available to have a food. Evening time you have option to explore nesto supermarket to enjoy our rest of evening

we went there as a family with kid.. we took family double bed room with balcony. we stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days.. we had to early check-in since we booked train earlier. they allowed us with nice gesture. they made us feel like home. we enjoyed the stay there . also its centre of the city so we got everything around there.

Rooms are great you can go for it blindly and that owners behaviour is just awesome

The rooms are very neat send big. Located very near to city center of kalpetta. As I am a vegetarian was very helpful as there were few vegetarian restaurants at walkable distance. Only draw back is we don't get any food at this stay.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights. Really enjoyed our stay...the hosts were very helpful, upgraded our room, helped us with onward travel arrangements. The room was quite spacious. Just be aware of the local mosque and temple which are well heared in the whole area at different times of the day. Adds to the atmosphere I suppose. At least you don't need an alarm clock in the morning..smiley

I am writing this review, as our family have recently visited Wayanad and spent 2 night there. Its in center of the city and good place to stay with very good restaurant near by like veg and non vegetarian, and walkable from Dream Nest. Staff was really co-operative and very friendly. Its in the center of city but you will not feel and can enjoy greenery in hotel compound. Thank you Dream Nest
