Dream Suites - Hotel in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

This is among the worst hotels I have ever visited. It is just near the metro and bus stand, this is the only plus point, else everything is worse here. You will be thrilled to see moths, snails roaming inside and outside the hotel, as hotel is surrounded by bushes. Lizards, ants and some unseen insects welcomed us in room 103, we were provided at ground floor. No water was provided, no tv channels except local language, dirty bed sheets and pillows. The service boy said they are not changed when previous guest left. Bottled water not available. The water in washroom is muddy you cannot use for brushing or bathing. We purchased bottled water from outside and used it for everything. When asked the service boy he said water comes this type only, no other option. In front room guests were smoking so much that when we opened our door we were coughing, and service boy said it happens here. The whole floor was filled with smoke and bad smell. Don't go by good rating, they are possibly paid or close ones.

An overnight stay here was very pleasant... I was amazed to see the big rooms with fancy lights and spacious bathroom.. Felt it was worth the money spent. Neat and clean. Special mention to their staff ashik he is so co operative and cool person If you have time, do check out their hotel reasonably price Also, they provide drop services to the metero station which is 1 min away. I will definitely stay here again!

Spent two nights here on business and i must say that everything was excellent. Spotless room and clean bathroom, good service, polite staff as well as very helpful. The location of the hotel is quite close to Vyttila metro station, i would definitely recommend this hotel to others!!

really good and spacious room, neat and clean. the only thing is you guys have to take care the mosquito issue. other wise really happy. staffs also very friendly.

Rooms are good (new construction), near to vyttilla junction and reasonable rates. Suggestion to management : Do clean the complete room (not just floor and bathroom) regularly so it will help in long run. Don't use white towels. Instead I suggest light orange as I see many dirt marks on towel provided

Good service, clean and feel as our home worth of money...Near as vytila metro station and center of the city, owner is also very co-operated in all aspects like in location information, room booking etc. I really appreciate the service we receive from your team

Clean, big and Neat rooms that too with affordable rates.... no need to search for another hotel if room is available at here.... Just metres from vytilla hub..less than 100 metre from vytilla metro station... Lovely behavior from manager... I won't write reviews for hotels but writing this review mainly because of manager's behavior...
