The services section of the gym in google map says sauna, stream bath, cross fit, yoga and what not. I went to the facility, but they don't have any of these @owners - please update with relevant information only Also, I first tried to contact in the number given in contact, a lady picked up and said it's not the gym number and cut the call. This gym is one of the most equipped and one of the most spacy gyms in Kochi. Even during this pandemic, they take very good care and precautions in preventing the spreading of covid. Trainers are also nice, knowledgeable and keen in helping you reach your fitness goals.

I've been working out here for over a month now with a personal trainer. I find it to be a really good gym, with all the requisite equipment. The property is well managed and maintained. More importantly, the Trainers and leadership have done a great job in setting the tone of the gym floor. We have novices and bodybuilders, both, working out in a rather warm and supportive environment. It's a great place, bustling with energy and people. It's pretty packed early in the morning and later in the evening but everyone manages to get their time with the machines.The membership charges are reasonable and the location is central.

Excellent gym with excellent trainers who give u minutest of guidance for an injury free n super effective workout regime. Overall a very friendly environment for a peaceful n rigorous workout. Have developed a very good bonding with my trainer Manju, who is professionally a hard task master yet very patient n courteous. Trainer Abhijeet has also been a positive source of inspiration. Kudos to Jaison and his super powered team.

Amazing gym. I happened to be in kochi for 15 days. This gym I found it nearby my place of accommodation. I spoke to Jason he did allow me to join the gym for 15 days. I might say excellent trainers and equipment. The timings are also very flexible. If anyone is looking for both long term and short term with specific goals to be achieved in physical fitness I would surely recommend this gym.

118 Kg to 98 Kg and Still counting! I thank my trainer Mr. Jaison Jacob ( Dream Gymn ,Kadavanthara ) wholeheartedly for having more confidence in me (Many times more than myself!) and pushing me harder to achieve this incredible land mark on my physical wellbeing. For 15 long years, I was living with one or other issues with my knee (After the ligament tear surgery), there were times that I could not stand in one place for more than 10 minutes and I have to give up many simple joys of life due to my weight. I used to hate going to gym as I found those routines boring. Taking such a guy in me and training me to achieve this feat - I feel my trainer Mr Jaison deserve my gratitude for years to come. Thank you Jaison for you were there every day encouraging and motivating me to keep going for better standards. I Thanks to Covid lockdown I was able to focus on my fitness and stay away from all negativity. It appears that I used covid break more positively.

It's an excellent gym.The atmosphere is too comfortable and hygienic.The trainers are excellent,friendly and moreover professional.They are very considerate and give much individual attention.Above all they are very flexible with regard to the timing.
