I have been taking yoga classes for last 4 months. I am a normal weight person yet my cholesterol levels were high. My cholesterol levels have come down drastically. It was 233 to begin with. Now it is 128. Just after 4 months and not much change in my diet. Would highly recommend everyone to have this as a part of your routine to ensure a fit life. They also have courses other than yoga which can be explored too. Thanks to Sonia our yoga instructor.

My experience with dragon yoga is unbelievable it is a life changing experience for me. I learn yoga from my Guru sonia ma'am who is the instructor there she is amazing teacher very professional and experienced. Sonia is an amazing yoga teacher. She allows you to go at your own pace and practices many different kinds of yoga. The yoga studio is quite peaceful, offers good views and you never hear any traffic noises due to its location. Sonia's yoga teachings have helped eliminate my upper/lower back pains and have also strengthened my calve muscles. I've gone for yoga at several locations in Goa and Golden Dragon by far is the best out of the whole lot.
