One of the worst management and i staff i have ever seen... I'm trying to book appointment for last 1 week but they are not even responding properly... clinic visit pe bataenge call krke no lagvao, when you call they'll say next day call karo, ... totally useless staff and management.. the doctor is very good and experience but till now they don't know how to manage the people... it's unfortunate that there is not any negative star review for this type of services otherwise I had given that

If you are having a neurological problem go to anywhere but not to this place worst management I have ever seen all the staff is full of arrogance, don't even know how to deal with a patient. I have heard a lot about the doctor and yes he's one of the best neurologist in the town but staff his staff is the worst staff of the town

It's better to die with pain instead of dealing with worlds worst management , worlds worst, most arrogant & unprofessional staff, they are not seems as the medical staff they are like bouncer standing at wine shops and thekas, From management to housekeeping everyone is arrogant and don't know how to behave with patients, god know doctor is aware about this or not or he's himself the same person, They gave me the appointment of early morning 9 am and I reached there 15 min before time, the reception guy say your number is 18 and asked me to sit outside and wait, U was waiting there till 1:30 pm Two couple whose number was 19 and 23 were sent to doctor before me, when I asked why you are allowing people before me, they replied, dikhana hai dikhao warna ghar jao bula lenge bola na bahar baitho warna jao ghar I came back to my home and I swear to my god I'll never visit this doctor again even if I die with the pain

It takes many days to get appointment of doctor . sometimes a month . Assistants are very rude to the patients . Although dr is good bhut its hard for a patient to wait so long for getting appointment.

Worst staff,pathetic management,came back home without meeting doctor after waiting 5 hours in sunlight because they have sitting arrangement outside

Wait for doctor is become increase with time and some patient meet with vip cards and poor patients have to wait for many hours

He is a good doctor but managemt in his clinic is worst . I don't know wether he is aware that people asking money in his name for early appointment

Staff is pathetic. Lack of management. Team does not respect time of patients. I am again revising my review and reiterating staff and management is pathetic. Today on 6 Oct again Dr walks away and it's been an hour and the receptionist says you cannot come tomorrow, the next appointment date will be one month later. Similar instance happened 1 month back as well when some Dr relatives came over and 2 hours were eaten away. Professionalism is missing in Dr as well. But one thing needs to be said about dr., he is utilising his knowledge fully and giving his 100% back to the society(inspite being loaded with many responsibilities)(He is very respected dr in the city). He is making time for patients and seeing the patients till 2 in night. But is that needed?
