I had a wonder experience with Dr Vaishali Prasad. She managed my 3.5 year so well. We went for fluoride treatment, she explained the whole procedure to us and managed to answer all our queries,Most importantly she answered all the questions asked by my toddler about all the equipments used very patiently.

Had to see a dentist urgently while visiting from US. Both Dr Prasad and facilities at Hiranandani hospital left me impressed. She helped coordinate care with my dentist in the US, providing detailed medical records so I can continue the treatment on return. Dr Vaishali is the best dentist in Powai. She is very nice and professional and makes sure the patient is comfortable before the procedure. I got both my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Vaishali and I couldn't be more satisfied!
My mother underwent two procedures/ treatments with Dr. Vaishali Prasad at Hiranandani Hospital. One was a root canal followed by a night guard. My mother underwent root canal earlier too both in India and outside as well. Its tough and sensitive and repercussions of anything which goes wrong can be fealt for years. My mother had troubles from her earlier root canal procedures but the last one from Dr. Vaishali was done smoothly and effectively, resolved her problems, was done with extreme care and sensitivity, even pre root canal preparation and post session counselling and comfort to patient was extremely well provided. I am thankful to Dr. Prasad and team.

The procedure was mostly painless and no post procedure inconvenience.
The root canal did cause some pain but only at times during the procedure (can't be helped) and there was no restrictions and pain afterwards
Overall the experience was very good and she was very efficient, making sure everything was done properly to avoid any issues af erwards
Dr Vaishali's calm and friendly nature made my kids very comfortable. I was extreamly satisfied and happy with my 8 year old daughter's root canal treatment.
