He's the busiest skin specialist in Thiruvananthapuram for the last 20 years or so....in a speciality like dermatology where complete patient satisfaction is a rarity, maintaining such a huge patient base for more than quarter a century is commendable ..what I understand is he's stretched to his limits in terms of time as he's primarily operating from a small room in his house.. he's basically a consultant of consultants as most of the patients are coming for a second as well as definite opinion..VVIPs as well as free patients take a good part of his time.... he's not new in this field...a time tested veteran ...

The staff sitting in the front was very rude. Doesn't know how to behave and to greet patients. He gave token #80 since we mistakenly showed him hospital token. But later we found our token and when he called out the number we gave the token. But he was stubborn that he will let us in only with the token he gave and grabbed our token#31 from us. He wants to know how we have that token and we told him we came in the morning and took the token. His response was as long as he is there he wont allow us meet the doctor with that token which doesn't make any sense. Clearly he didn't had any care and compassion for the patients. My mother tried to argue with him but he was shouting and don't want to listen to us. It was really humiliating for us, so we just left the place. Can't comment anything on the doctor because his staff doesn't allow us to meet him and refused to provide health care for me. Sadly his staff decides who should meet this doctor, not the token numbers. Would really appreciate if the doctor could teach his staff how to behave as a human being and change his attitude towards patients.
Very bad experience. He considered it as business. His only aim is money. He prescribed many medicines and suggested a particular medical shop. Lots of my money wasted and my skin problems still persists. Waste doctor
