DOCTOR IS GOOD. BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY BAD EVEN WORST. IF THEY GAVE YOU TIME FOR NEXT APPOINTMENT AT 10AM. AND YOU REACH BEFORE TIME THEN ALSO THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO SEE THE DOCTOR AFTER 3PM OR 4PM. THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT FOR ATLEAST 3 TO 4HR. AND THIS IS BECAUSE OF VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. VERY BAD
Keeping it short, one of the best psychiatrist doctor in kanpur, its very crowded and average waiting time is around 1:30-2:30 hours, hence highly recommend to go as early as possible and also have a prior appointment taken.
Most poor management They don't know the basic meaning of the appointment , My appointment was at 10:30 And they kept me waiting till 5PM in the evening. When I asked them if there were so many people earlier than me they should give me an appointment at 4 or 5 PM itself , They simply said whenever you come you'll wait for 4-5 hrs .
Mismanagement. Waste of time. I do not recommend visiting this hospital.
Very poor service. No management. Appointment taken for 10am. But waited till 11:27. But no confirmation for doctor consultation. If not possible , then start opening of your shop on Sunday also, so that working people also can consultation. Doctor might be good but very uneducated staff.
Dr Unnati Kumar One of the best in Kanpur city . He provides limited time to interact but understands the problem of the patient within minutes due to his great experience and skills. Medicines are available on the spot of course for the extra payment. Bookings are done one or two days in advance. Once in booking, a person needs to wait approx. for one to one and half hour at the clinic premise before he gets to meet the doctor. Still the doctor is brilliant, conducts medication and council ling sessions as per the need of the patient.
I am not here to sue him or anything...but the thing he said to my patient made my heart broke...he said..kuch nhi hai .she is just faking it( nautanki kr rhi hai) And on 24 Nov my sister died,due to excessive pct count and septic shock...he should have used his words nicely.
Keen knowledge of dosage of medicines. Qickly dignose the type of disorder. Very simple and high thinking human . Needs to talk little extra but he has very heavy load of patients so he saves every second.
