Mostly Doctors avoid or briefly answer the questions of the patients, but here I have experienced that an elaborate explanation is always on cards from the doctor's table which puts an end to the follow up questions. A very cooperative and helpful doctor with good suggestions and feedback. Never I have seen a doctor calling the patient voluntarily regarding the treatment that too during pandemic and it was an superlative personal experience for me performing a surgery that too on a weekend Sunday. Dr Ramesh is one of the best surgeon in chennai and he is very experienced. He did my mother's hernia surgery (reoccurring) very well and repaired the mesh which wasn't done properly by another surgeon. The hospital staff is also very friendly.
First of all, Dr Ramesh Rau and Dr Sukhada Rau are excellent people with good at heart.
My personal experience has been very satisfactory. Understanding and explaining me about the problem, explaining about the surgery in detail and never tired of replying any number of questions.
Both are master in their work and always smiling. And their smile takes away half of the pain.
