Very poor and bad service, receptionist is very rude. I want to share my experience with this clinic. I went on 7th Jan 2022 for the first time in this clinic for my hair fall treatment doctor prescribed me medicine for the first month and I was told to revisit the clinic on 7th Feb 2022. I clearly told doc that I will not be able to revisit on the given date then doctor said U JUST WHATS APP ME I WILL PRESCRIBE THE MEDICINE OVER PHONE AND HENCEFORTH WE CAN CONTINUE THE TREATMENT OVER PHONE. I was satisfied.Now I am calling the doctor from 7th Feb to continue my treatment as the medicine he gave me to start my hair fall treatment was useless which causing me continuous hair fall till date. One more thing i want to share the receptionist blocked me on what's app as well as not receiving direct call from my number. They left my treatment in between with 0 results.I would suggest who is thinking or going to take treatment from this doctor not to take any consultation from Dr. Tushar C. Agarwal. I don't know the receptionist what she think of herself, might be doctor did not gave her proper training to manage patients or she has so much authority to reject the important calls from patients. God Knows.
