Wouldn't Recommend! Very bad experience! Very unprofessional and no consideration of a patient's health and safety. I had a video call consultation with Dr. S Trasi because I am based in Australia. She was just rushing through the consultation and didn't hear everything I had to say about my skin issues. Her assistant filled out the prescription and that too was filled out in a hurry as it missed 2 important creams. Along with that they prescribed a very strong cream for my face but they failed to give proper directions to use it and now I am here with a red swollen and completely irritated and itchy face. I called the clinic to talk to them about this and the receptionist and assistant were reluctant to accept their mistake and just kept saying "it happens sometimes". They weren't ready to answer all my questions even after such damage to my face. They were just in a rush to end the call. Didn't take a second to take money for this bad consultation but even after that they neither have the patience nor are ready to answer questions. Very unhappy and disappointed.

It started in 2005 when a colleague recommended her to me after I was tired of seeing zillions of other dermatologist to get my acne cured but failing. I went to Dr. Trasi as a last resort to get my face cleared of the acne and it was the best decision of my life. She worked her magic and my face never looked better.
