Greatly impressed by the simplicity and cheerful disposition of Dr Binu Balan.He is an exceptional doctor, very courteous, warm and a thorough professional. He conducted all the tests with so much patience and warmth and made the visit a wonderful experience.

I was admitted here in Jan 2009 for C3R eye procedure. Dr. Freddy. T. Simon successfully performed the procedure and took excellent follow up care of me. I say without doubt, this is the best eye hospital in Kerala and India! Since 2010, I am lost to follow up due to other health problems but will try to meet Dr. Freddy whenever I can. Please give him my regards. Thanks & God bless you all!
Happen to visit on last week. And we were advised to go for a surgery to remove small fb remove. And advised to take vitals xray etc for a 2 year old. They also conveyed an expense of 15k. Luckily for second opinion taken my daughter to little Flower and they removed without any surgery, with the help of 2 nurses. It costs around 600 that too for the prescribed medicines. I don't about the management plan but Medical ethics means a lot.
Good eye hospital. Doctor, treatment, staffs and their behaviour are all good. 5 star.
But I have given 2 star because of the bad experience with the optical shop inside it.
Doctor gave us one prescription . Optical shop inside it gave me a different one. Wrong lens, bad fit. Also the frame broken in few days. Staff in that are not addressing or taking ownership of the issues. Instead they charged again to replace it .

Doctors and other hospital staffs were very polite. Special thanks to Dr Freddy, Ms.Jisha and PRO Mr.Liju for continuous support and care during all phases of procedure as well as during follow-up.
I had my initial visit on Sunday, 30 July 2023 and was told to review the case in another seven days. On 6th August I went to the hospital as instructed. However, I was not given an appointment to see the doctor instead, I was informed that since I had initially seen a junior doctor, my case would now be evaluated by a senior doctor. As senior doctors are not available on Sunday, I have requested to meet a junior doctor since I arrived at the hospital because I was recovering significantly from my illness. Then they said that reviews will not take place on Sundays.
Never anticipate a hospital to operate in such an unprofessional and infantile manner that the patients become so agitated and become distracted. The front desk personnel displayed quite nasty behaviour and was extremely intransigent in their judgements.
One of the best eyecare centers in kerala. Its the best place for the glaucoma treatment and after care.
