Never ever consult this Doctor....I repeat!! Never Ever!!!! My left ear was paining so I consulted him. Doctor said it is Otomycosis(a fungal infection). He prescribed me one antibiotic with some other medicines and painkillers twice a day for five days and another antibiotic once a day for 10 days. There is not point in prescribing antibiotics for fungal infection as they work on bacteria and not on fungi.He prescribed me Linezolid, which is high power antibiotic. It is a last resort option when other antibiotics dont work. He has templates of the medicines saved on his computer. He doesn't think much of the patient. I took all the medicines for 15 days and consulted again(consultation and follow up charge is same Rs. 1000) to see the infection. He just shouted at me saying you didn't take all the medicines thats why the infection is still there. And to my surprise, infection was there in right ear too. He again prescribed me another antibiotic for 10 days. I was already feeling weak and had diarrhea due to his substandard antibiotics. I didn't take those antibiotics and consulted another ENT specialist in Thane. He just gave me an ear drop and a tablet. He asked me to stop taking antibiotics. This doctor is just money minded and doesn't care about his patients at all. He doesn't think of the side effects of the substandard medicines he prescribes. You won't get his prescribed medicines anywhere else apart from his clinic attached medical shop.

Dr Thakur knows my problem which is not related to ENT. I was having TMJ pain which should be treated by Dentist but Dr Thakur has given me unnecessary medicine 4 types of tablets 1 gel 1 ear drop cost around 2500Rs. I have taken those medicine for 15 days. But my pain was same. Then I search on YouTube and google there I found my problem will treated by Dentist. I went to dentist he has given me only 1 tab and told me to do some exercise. Now I am fine.

The consultation charges is too high and doesn't meet with the quality of diagnosis. Prescribed medicines are local and never heard of type. Also prescribes ear drops which no ENT prescribes now. Please do not consult him.

When I took an appointment with the doctor for severe ear pain, he checked and said it is due to bacterial infection and prescribed some medicines for 5 days and some for after 10 days with ear drops and cream. I took all the Medicines on time, And I am perfectly ok now. Thank you Doctor. Overall it was good experience for my ear pain. Doctor and staff also helpful by nature .. Best ENT specialist

Doctor thakur has give nasal decongestant drops to my four year old daughter for a common cold, which is bad and unethical practise.. And dint even have the courtesy to discuss it with the childs mother,, me being a physician myself...

Dr. Thakur is great at what he does. He helped with a ruptured ear drum surgery. He is kind, humane and clear in communicating his diagnosis and instructions. The staff kept checking on the patient post the surgery and ensured we have anything that we may need. They also ensure that they adhere to the appointment timings for follow ups. We were done with most out our follow up visits in 15 mins. Dr. Thakur saw the case through until the final resolution. We had met with 2 other ENTs before we decided to proceed with Dr. Thakur. We are glad that we chose him.

When I approached the doctor with severe vertigo problem, he said it is due to viral infection and prescribed some medicines for 10 days and some for beyond 30 days. Initially the problem escalated but doctor was so confident that he advised to continue with the medicine for 10 days without fail. And I am perfectly ok now. Thank you Doctor.
