I had called up before hand specifically to undergoing laser surgery .The had assured me that they have the facility over phone. On reaching the hospital, the receptionist took upfront Rs.500 as consultation charges and she was more interested in knowing if I have medical insurance instead of asking about my problem. I was referred to a inexperienced young lady doctor who had no knowledge about latest laser surgery protocol. I was told by her that they have only facility for open surgery type and she tried to discredit well established laser surgery treatment protocol and convince me that the conventional open type surgery is best for me as they only do that. Overall , I had a bad experience and they are totally unprofessional. I would recommend to think twice before going to this hospital especially if that inexperienced young lady doctor is handling your case.
Diagnostics of the problem is good. Doctor attitude is not good. Dominates the patients expressions.. But Hand surgery with weeks of rest will be horrible. Price is also high. OTHER HOSPITALS WITH CRYO SURGERY IS BEST AND PAIN WILL BE VANISHED WITHIN HOURS.
Very nice atmosphere in side the premises, easily accessible for all as it is in the heart of the city. Patients referred to this hospital said they are comfortable , relieved off their symptoms with good follow up. Pre and post operative counselling about the disease and procedure may bring good name and fame further.

Never think of visiting this hospital I repeat never 1. They make us wait for hours 2. They say same problem to everyone who visit 3. They will take hell out of ur pocket 35000/- 4. After operation they say us to visit again 5. For every visit they take 300/- (4*300) and make us wait even if they r free attitude man attitude 6.and my personal experience in the last visit that idiotic doctor said we patient come their to eat their head after paying them 300/- for consultation like they do for charity R something. 7.really this attitude does not Match their culture and their profession better they quite.
